SNPLMA Round 19 Nominations

The Bureau of Land Management is now accepting nominations for Round 19 of the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA, Public Law 105-263, as amended), for the following categories:

  • Parks, Trails, and Natural Areas
  • Capital Improvements
  • Conservation Initiatives
  • Environmentally Sensitive Land Acquisitions
  • Hazardous Fuels Reduction and Wildfire Prevention
  • Eastern Nevada Landscape Restoration Project
  • Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Plan

The Round 19 Call for Nominations is 60 days, beginning Tuesday September 7, 2021, and ending Friday November 5, 2021. Nomination packages must be received in the SNPLMA Nomination Portal by 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time on November 5, 2021. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

 
 

How to Apply

NEW for ROUND 19 - The SNPLMA Nomination Portal was developed for all categories and all users. If you are a first-time user of the SNPLMA Nomination Portal, you will need to request a user ID to login and download the nomination requirements and template documents. The nomination package requirements and templates are specific to each category and are available for download after logging into the SNPLMA Nomination Portal. All nomination submissions will be completed in the SNPLMA Nomination Portal, including uploading specific required documents for each nomination. The SNPLMA Nomination Portal is located in the SMART Application as linked on the webpage at www.blm.gov/snplma.
