Urban & Community Forestry Staff to Hold Office Hours; Offer Grant Assistance
Las Vegas, Nevada— the Nevada Division of Forestry is pleased to announce that the Urban and Community Forestry Program team will be holding office hours to provide support for individuals and organizations interested in applying for grants.
The purpose of these office hours is to assist potential applicants by offering guidance on the application process, addressing inquiries, and providing information on requirements and best practices. Currently, NDF is accepting applications for two opportunities, the Inflation Reduction Act Urban & Community Forestry Program and the Community Forestry Assistance Grant Program.
Office hours will be available on Wednesdays from 10:00 – 11:00 AM (PST) via Teams. Participants can schedule appointments or drop in during these hours for assistance with project ideas, proposal development, budgeting, and any other application-related queries.
